Shipping policy
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over $49 (applies to all of Canada, with the exception of remote areas). We do not charge handling fees, and shipping is not a profit centre for us.
- All items listed on our website are generally in stock and ready to ship from our Toronto warehouse, unless marked as "out of stock." We usually process and ship orders within one business day, and in some cases, on the same day as the order was placed. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
- For courier orders, we usually process and ship the same day (if ordered before 2:00 pm Eastern Time) and delivery time ranges from 2 - 5 business days depending on your location in Canada. Please consult our shipping times for a more accurate estimate of when your order will arrive at your specific location.
