Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Returns

 If you wish to return an item, we will be glad to process your request and refund your credit card or credit your account for the purchase amount. However, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must provide a receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned with tracked postage within 10 days of the return request. After we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you of your refund or credit via e-mail. You can expect to receive a refund or credit in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that original shipping fees charged for sending the order out are non-refundable. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify our customer service at hello@kinderlife.ca within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
