Does KinderLife ship outside of Canada?
KinderLife currently ships products only within Canada and USA.
What is the cost of shipping?
KinderLife provides free shipping for orders over $49 (with a few exceptions for remote locations in Canada). For orders under $49, oversized items, and bulk orders, shipping fees are calculated based on Canada Post shipping rates. We do not charge handling fees and we do not profit from shipping.
Who should I contact if there is an issue with my order?
If you have any issues with your order, you can contact KinderLife via email, and we will provide guidance on how to proceed based on your specific requirements.
Can I add an additional product to my existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add a product to a pre-existing order due to the speed at which we process and ship orders. You would need to place a separate order for any additional products.
What forms of payment are accepted?
KinderLife accepts payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or bank debit on our website.
Does KinderLife accept bulk orders?
Yes, KinderLife accepts bulk orders from a variety of educational institutions, including kids' play centres, daycares, schools, school boards, museums, public libraries, community centres, after-school programs, and camps.
When will my order be shipped?
We are typically able to process and ship courier orders on the same day, provided that they are ordered before 2:00 pm EST. Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on the customer's location in Canada. Please refer to our shipping times for more accurate delivery estimates.
Does KinderLife offer a gift-wrapping service?
Yes, we offer a gift-wrapping service for an additional charge of $3.99, which includes a gift note. Please note that bulky products are excluded from our gift-wrapping offering.
How do I choose the best product for my child?
KinderLife toys are categorized based on age and skills, we offer high-quality wooden toys that focus on kids' emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development
Can I send a KinderLife product as a gift?
Yes, you can send a KinderLife product as a gift. Please add a note at checkout to let us know of your intentions, and we will ensure that the invoice is removed from the package before shipping. Please review our shipping policies regarding delivery, as it may be important to ensure that your recipient knows to expect a parcel.
